Gourmet Bistro Food and Michigan Made Wine, Craft Beer, Whiskey, and Wine Cocktail
Thank you for considering our Venue for your important event. I am sending you some basic information to get you started. We do have flexibility with some things like reservation times always dependent on other bookings. If this looks like it will meet all your needs, please let me know and we can schedule a time for a phone call to discuss your event further.

1.) Pavilion holds approx 50 people. It is open to air all the way around in summer and enclosed with heat the rest of the year.
2.) Reservation times are available in 3 hour increments. Times available: Fri-Sun 12pm and 5pm. (Weekday rentals also available day/time dependent.)
3.) You will have access to decorate pavilion 1 hour prior to reservation.
4.) There is a $200 rental fee for the pavilion with a
a)Minimum bill of $800 for 30 guest or less.
b.) Minimum bill of $1000 for 31-50 guest.
This does NOT include tax or 18% gratuity that is added directly to your bill. The $200 rental fee is due at the time of booking. The rental fee fully refundable up to until 45 days prior to your event. (except for December rentals it is 60 days prior for cancellation refund.)
5.) All food is catered by The Grape. The only outside food allowed is desserts.
6.) You may choose to do an open bar, cash bar, or prearrange a drink menu. All will be credited to your minimum bill.
7.) Mimosa Bar or Bloody Mary Bar available charge.
8.) House Band available for additional charge.
9.) Karaoke with Host available for additional charge.
10.) Private national Comedian available for booking.
