PAVILION FREE EVENT VENUE SPECIAL 

Booking Special info sheet for parties of 30 minimum to maximum 50 people. 

(parties with less then 30 will be required to meet a minimum bill of $400 and will be a 2-hr. rental, no individual meals catered only))

Thank you for considering our Venue for your important event. I am sending you some basic information to get you started. 1.) Pavilion holds 50 people max and is enclosed with heat in the winter.

2.) Reservation times are available in 3 hr. increments for Catered parties.

a.) If your party is NOT ordering food just cocktails and Apps the rental time will be in 2 hr. increments.

b.) Times available Fri-Sun 12 pm & 5 pm. (sometimes flexible)

c.) Weekday rentals also available / day and time dependent 

3.) All food must be ordered off of our catering menu, Orders will be taken 2 weeks prior to event.

No individual orders allowed. We require a $100 nonrefundable food deposit at time of booking and a signed contract for pavilion use. (deposit will come off your final bill) 

4.) Details

• The Grape caters all food. The ONLY outside food allowed in is a cake or cupcakes only NO exceptions. 

• No outside drinks AT ALL permitted. (Including, pop, coffee energy drinks ect) 

• If you are having a Cash Bar or Open Bar the Pavilion Bar will be open with a staffed Bartender. If no alcohol is ordered or just a few individual drinks they will be available by individual order with your server.

• Mimosa Bar, Bloody Mary Bar or Coffee Bar available for a charge.

• House Band, Karaoke or Comedy Show available for a charge.

• Pavilion does not have separate restroom. (Restroom is located up aprox.10 steps in bar)

• You will have access to decorate pavilion 1 hr. prior to your reservation. If you have a Catered Partys only.

18% gratuity is added directly to your bill & if a card is used there is the standard 3.5% cc or debit card service fee
